Rental Terms and Conditions
I. Booking and Payment

Bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with no restrictions regarding the day of arrival or departure.

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount (excluding cleaning fees, security deposit, and tourist tax) is required. The remaining balance, including mandatory cleaning fees, must be paid no later than 15 days prior to check-in.

Both the deposit and the balance are to be paid exclusively via bank transfer.

The tourist tax (€3 per adult per day) and the security deposit must be paid upon arrival, prior to check-in.
II. Cancellation Policy and Fees

All bookings may be cancelled upon written and explicit request sent via email to the Owners, under the following conditions (the effective cancellation date is considered to be the date the email is received):

More than 60 days before the start of the stay: free cancellation, 100% of the deposit refunded.

Between 59 and 30 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the deposit retained.

Between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the deposit retained.

Less than 15 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the total rental amount retained.

In the event of a valid cancellation resulting in a full or partial refund, said refund will be made to the Client via bank transfer.
III. Use of Premises

The rental properties are fully furnished and equipped. A detailed inventory of furnishings, dishes, linens, and other items will be completed upon check-in.

The Client agrees to use the premises exclusively as a temporary holiday residence, with any commercial or professional use strictly prohibited.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Owners, parties or events of any kind are not permitted within the rented property, nor is the use or installation of sound equipment.

The maximum occupancy indicated in the booking must be strictly observed. Any additional guests not included in the original booking must receive prior written approval from the Owners. The Owners reserve the right to refuse access to unauthorized additional guests.

Any subletting, whether total or partial, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in legal action by the Owners.

Pets (dogs and cats) weighing up to 8 kg are allowed during the rental period.

The Client agrees to behave in a respectful and reasonable manner throughout the stay, including towards service providers and neighbors.
IV. Check-in, Check-out and Maintenance

The Client must respect the following check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: before 12:00 PM

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by a concierge service responsible for providing information and instructions, conducting the check-in inventory, and collecting the tourist tax and security deposit.

At the end of the stay, the concierge will carry out the check-out inventory and refund the security deposit in full or in part, as applicable.

The concierge service will remain available throughout the stay to assist with any questions or issues.

Maintenance personnel may intervene during the stay: cleaning staff once per week, gardener once per week, and pool maintenance as needed. Coordination may be handled directly between the Client and the personnel, or via the concierge.
